All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping on orders above ₹2,500
- Shipping charges for orders below the free-shipping threshold are calculated at checkout.

We currently ship across India. Delivery to remote or rural areas may take slightly longer.

Delays & Exceptions

Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images of the package and product. We’ll resolve it as quickly as possible.
