1. Return Eligibility
We currently accept returns only for orders delivered within India.
For all international orders (outside India), returns or replacements are not accepted under any circumstances.
2. When Returns Are Accepted (India Only)
A return request may be approved only if:
The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
The seal or packaging is tampered with or broken upon arrival.
The customer contacts our Customer Support Team within 72 hours of delivery with a valid order number and product images as proof.
3. When Returns Are Not Accepted
Orders delivered outside India are not eligible for return or refund.
Products that have been used, opened, or tampered with after delivery cannot be returned.
Returns will not be accepted for reasons such as taste preference or delay due to courier/customs.
Custom-made, limited edition, or promotional items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
4. Return Process (For India Only)
If your return meets the above conditions:
1. Contact our Customer Support to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) Number.
2. Send the product back in its original packaging and unused condition along with the RA Number to the address provided by our support team.
3. Shipping costs for returning the item are to be borne by the customer, unless otherwise stated by the company.
4. Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund or replacement will be processed within 7–10 business days.
5. Refunds / Replacements
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
If eligible for an exchange, a replacement product of the same value will be sent (subject to availability).
For international orders, no refund, replacement, or return is applicable. The company may, at its discretion, offer a store credit or alternative solution where possible.
6. International Orders
Once shipped, international orders cannot be returned or refunded.
Shipping delays, customs duties, or local taxes are the customer’s responsibility.
By placing an international order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this policy.
