This Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy ("Policy") governs all purchases made from Mother’s Crunchy Foods ("Company", "We", "Us", or "Our"). By placing an order, the customer ("You" or "Customer") agrees to be legally bound by the terms stated herein.
This Policy is framed in accordance with applicable Indian laws, including but not limited to the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) Guidelines, and Goods and Services Tax (GST) laws.
1. NATURE OF PRODUCTS
All products sold by the Company are consumable food items. Due to their perishable and hygiene-sensitive nature, strict return and refund conditions apply.
2. RETURN ELIGIBILITY (STRICT CONDITIONS)
A return request shall be considered only if ALL of the following conditions are satisfied:
- The request is raised within 3 (three) calendar days from the date of delivery
- The product remains unused, unopened, and in original condition
- The seal of jar/pouch is intact, unbroken, and untampered
- The product is returned in its original packaging with invoice/proof of purchase
Important:
Any product with a broken, opened, tampered, or compromised seal shall NOT be eligible for return under any circumstances, in compliance with food safety regulations.
3. RETURN INITIATION PROCESS
To initiate a return, the Customer must email:

- Photographic evidence (if applicable)

Returns sent without prior written approval shall be rejected.
4. RETURN SHIPPING TERMS
- Customer shall bear 100% return shipping cost
- Company does not provide reverse pickup services
- Company is not liable for loss or damage during return transit
5. INSPECTION & ACCEPTANCE
Upon receipt, the returned product shall undergo a mandatory quality inspection.
The Company reserves the sole and absolute right to approve or reject the return based on compliance with stated conditions.
The Company’s decision shall be final and binding.
6. REFUND TERMS
- Refund shall be processed only upon approval of return
- Refund will be issued to the original payment method only
- Processing timeline: 5–7 working days
Please note that banking or payment gateway delays may occur beyond Company control.
If the refund is not received within 15 business days, the Customer must notify the Company via email.
7. DAMAGES, DEFECTS OR WRONG PRODUCT
Customers must inspect the product immediately upon delivery.
Any claims regarding:
- Damaged product
- Defective product
- Incorrect item received
must be reported within 24–48 hours of delivery, along with supporting images or videos.
Failure to report within this timeframe may result in rejection of the claim.
8. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are strictly non-returnable:
- Opened or unsealed food products
- Perishable consumable goods
- Customized or personalized products
- Sale or discounted items
- Gift cards
- Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper storage
9. EXCHANGE POLICY
The Company does not provide direct exchanges.
To obtain a different product, the Customer must:
- Return the eligible item
- Place a new order separately
10. CANCELLATION POLICY
- Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch
- Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted
For cancellation, customers must contact immediately via email.
11. GST & TAX COMPLIANCE
- All transactions are subject to applicable GST as per Indian law
- A valid tax invoice will be issued for every order
- Customers must retain the invoice for returns, refunds, or legal reference
12. FOOD SAFETY & FSSAI COMPLIANCE
All products are manufactured, processed, and packed in accordance with FSSAI guidelines.
Due to the consumable nature of the products, opened items cannot be returned or resold under any circumstances.
13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- The Company shall not be liable for improper storage after delivery
- The Company shall not be liable for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances
The Company’s maximum liability shall be limited to the order value of the purchased product.
14. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
This Policy shall be governed by the laws of India.
All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in New Delhi, India.
15. RIGHT TO MODIFY POLICY
The Company reserves the right to modify, update, or amend this Policy at any time without prior notice.
Changes shall be effective immediately upon publication on the website.

This Policy ensures transparency, legal compliance, and customer trust.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
