1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Saturday).
Orders placed after 2 PM will be processed on the next working day.
Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or any unforeseen delay, shipment may take a few extra days. You will be notified via email or WhatsApp in such cases.
2. Shipping Partners & Delivery Time
We deliver our products through trusted courier partners such as Delhivery, BlueDart, DTDC, India Post, and others to ensure safe and timely delivery.
Region Estimated Delivery Time
Metro Cities 2 – 4 business days
Other Major Cities 4 – 6 business days
Remote / Rural Areas 6 – 8 business days
> Note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather, logistics delays, or unforeseen circumstances.
3. Shipping Charges
Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499.
For orders below ₹499, a flat ₹49 shipping charge applies.
Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may attract an additional ₹50 COD charge.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS/WhatsApp to monitor your shipment in real-time.
5. Incorrect Address or Non-Delivery
Please ensure your address, pin code, and contact number are entered correctly.
We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
If an order returns due to a wrong address or unavailability of the customer, reshipping charges will apply.
6. Damaged or Missing Products
If your order arrives damaged, tampered, or incomplete, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

Clear photos/videos of the package and product
We will review and resolve the issue at the earliest.
7. International Shipping
Currently, we ship only within India. International shipping options will be added soon.
