If you are looking to buy roasted makhana online in India, our collection is made at our FSSAI-licensed manufacturing facility in South Delhi. Every batch is air roasted, never fried, and sealed to hold its crunch.
AIR ROASTED, NEVER FRIED
Most crunchy snacks get their texture from a kadhai of hot oil. Ours does not. We use an air roaster, so the crunch comes from the roasting process itself rather than from deep frying.
After roasting, each batch is cooled, seasoned, quality checked, batch coded and sealed — all under one roof, under our manufacturing licence.
